It is important that you take your measurements/pictures prior to the start of your first session.

You should also fill out your Fitness Goal Assessment, being as specific as possible.

Setting your goals ahead of time will help you achieve your results much faster.

For example, don’t just say, “I want to lose weight.” Put a number to it.  Say “I want to lose ’25 pounds’ by a certain date”.

We feel it is crucially important to take before pictures.  These pictures can be a huge motivation and a great sense of accomplishment when you achieve your goals with Bootcamp Tulsa.  Although you may not want to take them, you WILL regret not having them when your goals are reached.
